The SGS Wise Arena is a basketball arena based in Bristol, England. It has been the home of British Basketball League Bristol Flyers since 2006 and has had a capacity of 1,000 since its refurbishment in 2009.
Around the ground –
There are several pubs and restaurants within close proximity of the ground, with The Air Balloon, Fox Den and Beaufort Arms all serving a range of hot and cold food.
Aside from places to eat, the city of Bristol is home to some enjoyable tourist attractions such as the Bristol Cathedral and Bristol Zoo Gardens. For something different, Smoke & Mirrors Theatre and Pub provides comedy and magic shows seven days a week.
Getting there –
By car: Exit the M5 at Junction 16 and take the A38 exit onto Filton/Thornbury. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Gloucester Road/A38. Continue across the next roundabout on Gloucester Road before bearing slightly left onto the B4057. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Stoke Lane and follow that road (going across the next roundabout) until it becomes Little Stoke Lane. At the end of the road, turn left onto Gypsy Patch before taking the third exit at the next roundabout onto Hatchet Road. Go across the next two roundabouts before continuing straight onto Brierly Furlong. Take the third exit at the next roundabout onto New Road and take the following right to stay on that road. Cross the final roundabout and the entrance for the SGS College WISE Campus will be on your left.
There is parking available on the campus at a price of between £1.30-£5.50 depending on the length of your stay. There is adequate parking and students can register for free.
By train: Both Bristol Parkway and Filton Abbey Wood railway stations are just a ten-minute walk from SGS WISE, making train travel a convenient option.
The record attendance was set during the opener for the 2012/13 seasons as 750 spectators watched a pre-season exhibition match against a Team USA Select team at WISE Arena.

A city in South West England, Bristol has a population of around 50,000.
