Description –
Plymouth Pavilions is a multi-purpose entertainment and sports complex in Plymouth, Devon. It has been the home of British Basketball League side Plymouth Raiders since its official opening in 1991.
It has an official capacity of 1,480 for a basketball game, while 4,000 can fit into the arena for a concert. The Raiders often play in front of a sell-out crowd for their BBL matches.

There are several pubs and restaurants within close proximity of the stadium. Salumi, The Union Rooms and Mount Pleasant Public House all serve a range of hot and cold food, while The Bank provides live entertainment and karaoke nights.
Aside from places for food and drink, The National Marine Aquarium provides a good day out for all the family, while Tinsido Lido – voted one of the top 10 best outdoor pools in Europe – is an attraction not to be missed.
Getting there –
By car: Regardless of which way you are coming from, signs for the Pavilions should be clearly visible. Follow the signs for the city centre and when you are near there, you can access the venue by following the brown tourist signs marked “Pavilions”.
There are two car parks within close proximity to Plymouth Pavilions. The venue’s own parking has 115 spaces and six disabled spots, while the Western Approach Car Park adjacent to the Pavilions contains over 1000 spaces and. However, there is no longer a direct walkway between the car park and venue.
By train: Plymouth Train Station is only a 15-minute walk from Plymouth Train Station through the city centre. The majority of city centre buses will stop at either Bretonside Bus Station or Royal Parade, less than 10 minutes from Plymouth Pavilions.
