Bower Fold

Well situated on a main road, Bower Fold is a particularly accessible non-league football and rugby ground.

Sitting half way up a hill, the pitch is on a slope and that’s perhaps best highlighted by the angle at which the Lord Tom Pendry stand sits on the far side.

There are two covered terraces at either end, as well as a main stand, making it a more than ample ground.

You can get around the whole ground, and the press box is perhaps unusually situated at the bottom of the stand, providing a view looking up at one end of the pitch, while looking down at the other.
