The treble-winning Mersey Tigers will enter the new season under new ownership after a local businessman took sole control of the club.
The Tigers enjoyed a highly successful season on the court last term, but suffered from off-court hinderances, including problems with a regular home venue, which saw them play “home” games in Warrington and Manchester.
